BRIGHT ORANGE AROMATICS & A SWEET FINISH
Apolo is an indigenous region of Northern Bolivia that had never commercially grown or exported coffee until they began working with the Wildlife Conservation Society and our importing partner, Cafe Kreyol.
This partnership helped to create a model of ecological preservation and economically sustainable income for the Indigenous communities there, who still speak a form of Quechua that predates the Incas.
We love this coffee for its bright orange aromatics, which are complemented by notes of pecan and a lovely, sweet finish.
