GENTLE FLORAL NOTES AND VIBRANT, FRUITY ACIDITY

This Peruvian coffee blew us away! We tasted more than a dozen samples from Peru this year, and this coffee's intricate flavors stood out. Expect gentle floral notes and vibrant, fruity acidity.

Rosarios Altos is a small community nestled near the border of Peru and Ecuador. Here, high in the Andes mountains, small farmers grow coffee alongside sugarcane. Sustainability is a priority, with the land designated as a conservation area to protect the region's unique ecosystem.

These producers meticulously process their coffee on their farms, washing and depulping the cherries before drying them on rooftops. Transportation has historically been a challenge, but thanks to our importer's partnership, this exceptional coffee arrives directly from the farms.

A pour-over method like a V60, Kalita Wave, or Chemex will really allow this coffee to shine, but is also fantastic as an every day drip coffee. Fans of our Bolivian Apolo or last year's Peru Samuel Jimenez will love the similar floral notes and vibrant acidity, with this cup boasting an extra kick.
