We are excited to share the naturally processed version of this coffee from the Santa Barbara Estate in Colombia. This is a farm we've enjoyed coffee from for many years as our staple washed Colombian offering, but this is the first year bringing in a natural.
This coffee is a lovely balance of sweetness and acidity. We tasted white grape, plum, and pecan, but look also for hints of apple or melon with a juicy mouthfeel. The combination of high altitude, volcanic soil, and skilled producers results in one of the best natural processed coffees we've had from Colombia.
