This single farmer lot was produced by Samuel Jimenez, from the northern part of the Cajamarca Region of Peru. Samuel is part of the producer group Rio Blanco, which collaborates on projects such as developing organic fertilizers using local materials and other land management practices.
The region is known for high elevations, diverse microclimates, and high-quality soil. Samuel Jimenez's coffee was grown at an elevation of 1740 meters and contains the varieties Caturra, Bourbon, and Catimor. We love it for its deep sweetness and are so excited to have it in our lineup for the first time.
This is a limited release coffee, which means the number of times we roast this coffee each week is also limited. Orders may be delayed 1-2 days to ensure freshness, waiting for the next roast.
