TEA-LIKE BODY WITH NOTES OF PLUM & GRAPEFRUIT ESSENCE
Nestled within Ethiopia's famed Jimma zone, the Agaro region is renowned for meticulous processing and ideal growing conditions. Coffees in this region typically have an exceptionally fruited character, reminiscent of candied citrus and honey.
The Gore Dako washing station is located within the Agaro region, and only just opened for its first harvest season in 2019, but it has quickly gained recognition for the coffees they've produced.
When we first tasted Ethiopia Gore Dako it stood out to us as being extraordinarily fruity for a washed Ethiopian. It has a light, tea-like body with notes of plum and grapefruit essence. If you enjoy a light-bodied Ethiopian, especially as a pour-over, this coffee is for you!
