Sourced from a washed microlot in Agua Fría, La Paz, this coffee comes from the farm of Edis Joel Avila Claro, whose family has been growing coffee for generations. Harvest is a true community effort here, with neighbors pitching in to bring each lot to life.

Balanced but bursting with flavor, this coffee is just as at home in a pour over as it is in your morning drip routine.

ROAST SCHEDULE

This limited-release coffee is roasted three to four days a week, typically within 48 hours of your order. Orders placed after Friday’s production window roll into Monday’s roast schedule.

Running out of coffee is no fun! We've put systems in place to ensure you get the freshest coffee possible, shipped as quickly as possible. Most orders roast and ship the following business day.
