This coffee’s journey didn’t begin in a galaxy far, far away—it started right here in a space that was once grounded in fun. Our roastery’s building was a moonwalk party complex with brightly colored walls, glow-in-the-dark carpet, and two “party rooms” that now house our breakroom and quality-control room.

Moonwalk is the lightest blend in our lineup and is a beautiful combination of African and South American washed coffees.

ROAST SCHEDULE

This coffee is roasted daily, Monday – Friday, typically within 24 hours of your order. Orders placed after Friday’s production window roll into Monday’s roast schedule.

INGREDIENTS

100% freshly roasted coffee. No additives, flavorings, or fillers. We roast only coffee, and our facility never processes nuts, dairy, gluten, or any other common allergens.

Great light roast find - suuuuuper yummy!!!!

I was sent this through my Trade Coffee subscription and so happy to get it! I try lots of different coffees from all across this world and this is up there as one of my favs! I’m a light roast fan all the way and this one is suuuuuper tasty (through my chemex). Looking forward to checking more of their coffee out!

Great Flavors and Consistent Quality!

This is a wonderful coffee. I drink an americano as part of my morning regimen and I’m very finicky about the flavors I appreciate so early. I like something light roast, with patisserie undertones, and a nice acidity. This checks all of those boxes and the consistency and quality of the different batches is top notch. The flavors are very reliable which is what I’m after for a daily drinker.

Nice Daily

In looking for a year-round available daily drinker, I landed on this after trying ~10 other roasts, including 2 others from Atomic. Roast level was a big part of that - this drinks, to me, like a nice medium-light roast. As a note on brewing as V60 pourover, I’m brewing this on quite a fine grind setting that’d normally only be used for something very light. Draws down quickly still and I don’t get any astringency or unwanted bitterness. 42.5 on DF64 II (chirp at -1, DLC burrs), 30g coffee, 500g water. ~90g bloom 45sec, WWDT, remaining water in two high-agitation pours, full drawdown between pours, swirl after each pour, 3:30ish total time.
