Witch House is our House Blend, in costume for Halloween — the same medium roast you already know, wearing a new label from Salem artist Georgia Wrenn.
Nothing about the coffee changed. It's still the nutty, caramel, cocoa bean medium roast that most of our team brews at home.
The name is a bit of wordplay: the Witch House is the only building left standing in Salem with a direct tie to the 1692 trials, and for October it lends its name to our House Blend. Georgia drew it from the real thing, and her new illustration joins Witch City and Black Velvet this year.
Seven years of Witch City.
Seven years ago we started making a Halloween coffee with Georgia Wrenn, a Salem artist who got her start drawing spooky Salem designs at a lemonade stand. Today she runs her own shop on Front Street, and her art is on every bag, can, and glass in this collection.
