What is the "Anaerobic Process?" Sealed in oxygen-free containers for up to four days, the coffee’s sugars break down slowly, resulting in a complex, intense, and layered flavor profile. Expect a creamy, heavy body with vibrant notes of wine, rum, and ripe tropical fruit. If this is your first time trying anaerobic coffee, prepare for a unique experience that is unlike any coffee you've had in the past!


THE ORIGIN

Sourced from the renowned Finca La Pastora in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica, this coffee holds a special place in our hearts. For years, La Pastora’s African-washed coffee has been a staple in our limited-release offerings. Earlier this year, members of our team visited Don Minor and his family's farm, witnessing firsthand the meticulous care and craftsmanship that go into every lot and process.

This ultra-limited release celebrates the artistry of coffee processing, offering a “wow” moment for seasoned coffee lovers and newcomers alike.
