Grown in the Kintamani Highlands of Bali, this coffee comes from small farms where Bourbon and Typica varieties thrive in volcanic soil. The entire island uses only organic fertilizers, and unlike most Indonesian coffees—which are wet hulled—this lot is processed naturally. The whole cherries are dried in the sun on raised beds before the seeds are removed, resulting in a flavor profile that’s intensely sweet and fruit-forward. Expect candy-like brightness, floral aromatics, and layers of tropical complexity that shift with each brew. Whether you’re dialing it in behind the bar or brewing at home, Bali Kintamani is a wild, rewarding ride.
