Baroida Estate delivers a rich, layered cup with notes of ripe plum and smooth Nutella. Its complexity shines across different brew methods, offering a sweet and structured experience that feels both comforting and exploratory.
Grown in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea, this coffee comes from Baroida Estate, a pioneering farm founded by Ben Colbran and now managed by his son Nichol. The estate is named after a local spirit believed to inhabit a massive river rock that has withstood countless floods, a symbol of the land’s resilience and enduring quality.
Surrounded by a thriving coffee region filled with both mountain smallholders and long-established estates, Baroida stands out for its balance of depth and clarity. This is a coffee that invites curiosity, with each cup revealing something new.
