This limited-release dark roast brings a bold transformation to one of our favorite origins. Roasted to a level similar to our Black Velvet or Intensi espresso, it delivers a rich and satisfying experience with a thick, sweet body. The dark roast enhances deep flavors of roast and dark chocolate, while still preserving the delicate brightness of stone fruit and a touch of acidity. Notes of Luxardo cherry and shortbread round out the profile.
Sourced from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, this region is renowned for its distinctive terroir, where high altitudes, nutrient-rich soils, and cool temperatures yield some of the most flavorful coffees in the world.
