Back by popular demand, this natural Ethiopian bursts with ripe blueberry, juicy stone fruit, and a touch of florality. It’s intensely sweet, with a plush body and refreshing acidity that make it incredibly easy to sip, whether you’re brewing a clean pour-over or flash-chilling it over ice.
Grown at extreme altitudes on the Gera Estate in western Ethiopia, this coffee benefits from cool temperatures, nitrogen-rich soil, and organic farming practices. The estate uses no chemical fertilizers or insecticides and is deeply committed to sustainability and social responsibility. It provides free housing, education, healthcare, and more for all employees.
After harvest, cherries are carefully dried on raised beds to develop the deep, fruit-forward character that natural Ethiopians are known for. Sweet, juicy, and worth the wait.
