What is the "Anaerobic Process?" Sealed in oxygen-free containers for up to four days, the coffee’s sugars break down slowly, resulting in a complex, intense, and layered flavor profile. Sourced from the renowned Finca La Pastora in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica, this coffee holds a special place in our hearts. For years, La Pastora’s African-washed coffee has been a staple in our limited-release offerings. Earlier this year, members of our team visited Don Minor and his family's farm, witnessing firsthand the meticulous care and craftsmanship that go into every lot and process.

This ultra-limited release celebrates the artistry of coffee processing, offering a “wow” moment for seasoned coffee lovers and newcomers alike.

ROAST SCHEDULE

This limited-release coffee is roasted three to four days a week, typically within 48 hours of your order. Orders placed after Friday’s production window roll into Monday’s roast schedule.

SHIPPING

Running out of coffee is no fun! We've put systems in place to ensure you get the freshest coffee possible, shipped as quickly as possible. Most orders roast and ship the following business day.
