A winter blend collaboration benefitting Elevate Youth, a local non-profit whose mission is to empower youth to explore the outdoors alongside mentors, sharing awe and the richness of our natural world. It's a medium roast with notes of toffee, and chocolate.

Colombia produces some of our favorite coffees, and with so much excellent coffee coming out of the country, we try to make sure we always have one in our lineup. This coffee is bursting with red apple and molasses notes, and compliments them with a bright acidity.

ethiopia kochere
Kochere is a small area within the well-known Yirgacheffe coffee-growing region of Ethiopia, and we love showcasing the unique flavors this region has to offer! Tasting notes include peach, and black tea.
citrus & chocolate
costa rica tarrazu
Costa Rica Tarrazu comes from multiple smallholder farms in the north-western part of the Tarrazu valley, Costa Rica. Sweet, medium-bodied, and notes of chocolate make Costa Rica Tarrazu an excellent choice for drip coffee.
Roast Schedule
The coffees in this bundle are part of our daily roasting schedule, which means we are roasting them every day, Monday - Friday. Your coffee will be roasted within 24 hours of when your order was placed (or on Monday, if you place your order after we begin production on Friday).
Shipping Schedule
Running out of coffee is no fun! We've put systems in place to ensure you get the freshest coffee possible, shipped as quickly as possible. Most orders roast and ship the following business day.
