JUICY, COMPLEX & BRIGHT WITH SUBTLE EARTHINESS
This coffee from Korgua Estate offers a beautifully layered profile with floral notes, winey acidity, and a sweetness that shines through each sip. Expect a juicy, complex cup with bright tones balanced by subtle earthiness and herbal hints.
Sourced from the highlands of Papua New Guinea, this coffee is a rare treat in our lineup and marks the first release from this origin in over five years. Grown in small, family-owned garden plots, each bean is a testament to the region’s rugged, mountainous terrain, where cultivation didn’t begin until the late 1920s. With British colonists first introducing Jamaican Blue Mountain seeds, Papua New Guinea has since developed its unique coffee profile, with a terroir that yields complex, balanced coffees.
Whether you prefer to experiment with a pour-over or savor it as an espresso, this coffee rewards exploration, with new flavors emerging in each preparation.
