Now introducing a single-farmer lot from Colombia, grown by producer Franco Paz. This coffee immediately stood out on the cupping table for our team. As a sample, it popped with tropical fruit and floral notes that made it hard to ignore. That brightness settles into a juicy, balanced profile with notes of green apple, almond croissant, and a vibrant finish.
This coffee comes from Nariño, one of Colombia’s most celebrated coffee-growing regions. Here, three Andean mountain ranges converge, creating exceptional conditions for coffee. Extreme altitude, fertile volcanic soil, and cool temperatures slow cherry maturation and help develop remarkable sweetness and complexity in the cup.
The result is a lively, crowd-pleasing coffee with clarity and structure. It shines as a drip or batch brew but also really comes alive with manual brewing methods like V60, Kalita, or Chemex, where its floral notes and bright acidity can fully open up.
