Roasted to bring out rich notes of chocolate, shortbread, and roasted nuts, it’s full-bodied enough for espresso, balanced enough for pour-over, and mellow enough for a late-night refill. This single-origin Brazilian coffee has earned a loyal following for tasting just like the real thing—no thin body, no weird decaf aftertaste. Just great coffee, minus the caffeine.

This coffee is decaffeinated using a water-based method that gently removes caffeine without the use of chemicals. The beans are soaked in a saturated solution that draws out caffeine while preserving their natural flavors.

ROAST SCHEDULE

This coffee is roasted daily, Monday – Friday, typically within 24 hours of your order. Orders placed after Friday’s production window roll into Monday’s roast schedule.

It's not just good decaf coffee, it's just good coffee. I've been looking to get into espresso and wanted to try out decaf so I could practice pulling more shots per day. Doing a 13g single shot at a 1:2.5 ratio, turns out real smooth without tasting dull.

I had Atomic coffee while visiting my daughter in Beverly, MA and fell in love with their decaf blend. I love that I can get it delivered to Kansas. It makes an amazing pour-over cup of coffee.

At first, I was disappointed that there was only one decaf on all offer… Then I tried it. This is hands-down, the best decaf I’ve ever had! I am brewing it as espresso. Once I dialed it in, I was absolutely floored by the flavor, very distinct, smooth, full bodied. Now I know why there’s only one decaf, how could you possibly top this?
