This single-origin Mexican coffee has earned a loyal following for tasting just like the real thing—no thin body, no weird decaf aftertaste. Just great coffee, minus the caffeine.

This coffee is decaffeinated using a water-based method that gently removes caffeine without the use of chemicals. The beans are soaked in a saturated solution that draws out caffeine while preserving their natural flavors.

ROAST SCHEDULE

This coffee is roasted daily, Monday – Friday, typically within 24 hours of your order. Orders placed after Friday’s production window roll into Monday’s roast schedule.
