Very good flavor. Both the base taste and the more delicate flavors and the mouth feel are all there. Bitterness and balance are all in check, it's just good coffee.

This tastes 100% like a regular caffeinated cold brew, I don't think that there is any discernible difference. Now I get to drink that second or third cup of coffee (maybe even at 6pm, who knows) without the guilt or insomnia. Thank you!

Whatever you guys are doing is working. This could fool me if I didn't know it was decaf. Keep up the great work!
