Some coffees are just easy to love, and this is one of them. Grown in the celebrated Huehuetenango region and certified organic, Guatemala Candelaria stood out to us in every roast profile we tested. We landed on a sweet spot right at the edge of medium, where it delivers rich butterscotch and pastry-like sweetness, balanced by a gentle baked pear or apple fruitiness.

Guatemala has earned a reputation for beautifully versatile coffees, and this offering is no exception. It brews wonderfully as a drip or filter coffee and pulls a sweet, smooth shot of espresso.

This limited-release coffee is roasted three to four days a week, typically within 48 hours of your order. Orders placed after Friday’s production window roll into Monday’s roast schedule.
