Nitro is cold brew turned up to eleven. We start with Black Velvet, our most popular dark roast, and brew it the same way we do all our cold brew: steeped cold, kept cold, and never pasteurized, so the flavor stays fresh, clean, and true to the roast.
Then we infuse it with nitrogen, giving the coffee a cascading pour, creamy texture, and natural sweetness that doesn’t rely on sugar or syrups. The result is a dark roast that’s bold but not bitter, rich but not heavy, with a silky finish that feels more like dessert than “just coffee.”
Give the can a little shake, wait a few seconds, then pour hard into a glass and watch the cascade.
