Properly nitrogenated

Some cans are not as ‘nitrogenated’ as others. Some cans cascade in a glorious cloudy fashion; other cans are flat as a tabletop. The taste is delicious nonetheless. It goes without saying the cans with a proper nitrogen to coffee ratio that held the pressure create a very smooth, velvety glass of coffee with a noticeable frothy silky head like a Guinness. The cans that are flat seemingly lost their pressure during the canning process or didn’t get nitrogen infused properly.
