With a washed Honduran coffee from La Paz providing structure and sweetness, and an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe adding delicate citrus and floral notes, this medium roast is smooth, balanced, and quietly complex. Whether you’re flash-chilling it over ice or sipping it hot from your favorite mug, Space Cadet is here to keep you grounded—and ready for lift off.

ROAST SCHEDULE

This coffee is roasted daily, Monday – Friday, typically within 24 hours of your order. Orders placed after Friday’s production window roll into Monday’s roast schedule.

Running out of coffee is no fun! We've put systems in place to ensure you get the freshest coffee possible, shipped as quickly as possible. Most orders roast and ship the following business day.
