This coffee is part of our daily roasting schedule, which means we are roasting it every day, Monday - Friday. Orders are typically roasted, and shipped the day after your order is placed.
Intensi is a mainstay in our lineup-- a dark roast originally crafted for espresso. Milk is this coffee’s best friend, as it creates a perfectly balanced cappuccino or latte. Also great when brewed as a French Press, this pairing of coffees from Costa Rica and Guatemala highlights notes of raisin, nutmeg, and dark chocolate.
For espresso, we recommend starting with 18 grams in, 36 grams out, in about 27 seconds.
