Cotton candy, blueberry strudel, and pineapple define this anaerobic Rwanda from Rwamatamu. It’s intensely sweet, layered with fruit, and carried by a creamy body that gives the cup weight without losing clarity.
This lot uses sealed fermentation, slowing sugar breakdown and allowing complexity to build gradually. The result is a coffee that leans into tropical fruit and candy-like sweetness, with just a touch of ferment adding depth.
We’re selective with anaerobic coffees, but this one stood out immediately. Produced by a partner farm we’ve worked closely with, and recognized with a second-place finish in the Best of Rwanda competition, it reflects both careful processing and exceptional quality.
We secured just one 60kg bag of this lot, making it a truly limited release. Best enjoyed as a pour over to highlight its fruit and structure.
Don't miss out on this release—available in very limited quantities!
