Grown in the highlands of Costa Rica’s Tarrazú Valley, this coffee comes from smallholder farms in the region’s northwestern corridor—an area prized for its altitude, cool climate, and rich volcanic soil. These conditions help develop the clarity, sweetness, and structure for which Tarrazú is known. This washed lot is sweet and medium-bodied, featuring bright citrus notes upfront, brown sugar in the middle, and a smooth, clean finish.
