Many light roast coffees can be quite acidic and sometimes a bit sharp-tasting. The Burundi Rimiro from my last order is surprisingly smooth, balanced, and full-bodied. I'm really enjoying it both hot and iced.
I purchased Atomic's Black Velvet for my daughter back in November. When I came to visit this June, hardly any was left. I just bought her another 2 lbs. LOVE Atomic!!
Once dialed in, the beans yields very smooth espresso shots, low perceived acidity and no bitterness. Also, these beans are easy to dial.

I have never liked a canned cold brew before trying this. Both the nitro and regular cold brew are top tier. I will keep buying.
