We've been drinking diesel almost daily for 5 years. This is an incredibly solid bean and we prepare lattes with lactose free milk and that added sweetness of the milk makes for the best lattes I've ever had!

The shipment itself came in a timely manner and the coffee was roasted a few days ahead of my order, so I didn't have to concern myself too much with resting times. It was a gamble to buy a blind bag but to my indistinguished palate it tastes like the most well-balanced coffee I've had in a long time. Not too acidic, not too roasty, I can definitely see why this bean is being used in the championship over something "louder".
