Grown by members of the COMSA cooperative in the highlands of Marcala, this lot is both organic and Fair Trade certified. COMSA producers are known for their innovative processing methods and sustainable farming practices, and this coffee reflects their commitment to quality.

This limited-release coffee is roasted three to four days a week, typically within 48 hours of your order. Orders placed after Friday’s production window roll into Monday’s roast schedule.
