JULY'S PICK

Burundi Bahire

Bright, juicy, and comforting—Bahire is a dynamic cup that evolves as it cools. Grown on a single hillside in Burundi’s Ngozi province, this sweet and complex lot brings together delicate florals, stone fruit, raisin, and smooth chocolatey depth. Named after the Kirundi word for “be well,” Bahire is a coffee that feels as uplifting as it is layered.

If you love bright, fruit-forward coffees with floral aromatics and crisp acidity, our Light Roast Subscription was made for you. Each month, we rotate in a freshly roasted light roast that showcases the vibrancy and nuance of its origin. Expect expressive single origins and the occasional seasonal blend, all chosen to highlight clarity, sweetness, and complexity.

Since most of our limited-release coffees fall into this category, subscribing guarantees access to our freshest and most sought-after light roasts.

It’s the best way to stay stocked with the light roast coffee you love—fresh, flavorful, and roasted to order.
